Where to place your Jetti weights?

Easy to Affix: Simply wrap the flexible silicone band around your Jetti pole and hook.

  1. Min resistance: place one weight just below the top grip of each pole. (poles not included)
  2. Mid resistance: position one weight on either side of both middle grips.
  3. Max resistance: position one weight just below each of the four end grips.

Each weight weighs 2.5 ounces. Each order comes with 4 weights.

Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

Customers have 14 days from the date of product receipt to request a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the purchase of the return shipping label. We do not provide you with a prepaid return label. You may return the product using any shipping carrier of your choice, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Upon return of the product, the original shipping fee of $7.95 or $8.95 will be refunded plus the value or the order for anything being returned.

Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund, and you will receive an email confirmation. For exchanges, please include a note specifying the desired colors and sizes.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned. If you purchased two products and only return one, the shipping charge of $7.95 or $8.95 will not be refunded.
